Individual Coaching: Personal Life Issues, Transitions, and Challenges
SOLO
My goal in offering Life Planning Coaching is to help you create, and then Plan: Your dream. Your life. Your business. Your relationship.
What is your dream for the most actualized, meaningful life you can imagine? What is holding you back from taking steps toward that result, that life? Whose life is it?
Are you in the process of creating your LIFE PLAN and need a partner in creation? Or an inward-focused coach to help you find the way through the maze?
After an initial planning session with the client leading goal-setting, the length of each session (45-90 minutes) and estimated number of sessions will be determined.
SOLO + 1 (or more)
If the goals of the client require the participation of another person or perhaps more than one, the client and coach will determine how to organize the involvement of the other person(s) in the solo coaching.
Sometimes another person is invaluable in one’s Life Planning. Or possibly several people. These additions to the SOLO coaching could include a spouse, a good friend, a co-worker, an adult kid, several family members or friends. The client and coach will plan strategically to add in another person or persons if such inclusion seems like an important aspect of the Solo work.
Individual Coaching: Preparation and Role-Play for Business Meetings, Presentations & Legal Events (e.g., Depositions or Trial Testifying)
BUSINESS MEETINGS/PRESENTATIONS
If you find yourself shying away from meetings that involve your participation or from delivering presentations to your team, we can work together to reduce your anxiety and increase your delivery methods, confidence and overall self-satisfaction in the business realm.
LEGAL EVENTS
If you are the unhappy recipient of a subpoena for your testimony in a deposition or at trial, and if the thought of being questioned vigorously by attorneys gives you the jitters, I will happily prep you for the legal event so although you may not have the greatest fun ever, you will be able to feel confident and composed knowing how to “play the game” and remain centered. My years of mental health provider consultation has provided me with plentiful grist for the witness preparation mill.
